Match report This match was played on the Emmanuel College Ground, Cambridge - the first occasion the club played on an Oxbridge College ground. The wicket was excellent.

All Camden CC batsmen who were dismissed were clean-bowled as they scored 176 for 7 at tea. In reply, Reed made 48 and Don Pegler 'stonewalled' to earn us an honourable draw.
