Stanford-le-Hope must have been pleased to dismiss our 1st XI for 57 (we only had 10 men and four of our batsmen were dismissed lbw!) with Holmes taking a superb 5 for 5 from his 5 overs.

But after tea, off-spinner Terry Rampling took a career-best 7 for 15 from his 7 overs to dismiss Stanford for 39. One of the best-ever bowling performances by a Belhus off-spinner and a great win for our 1st XI.
