Batting first at Belhus Park, our Sunday 1st XI racked up 226 for 6 as Denis Reed scored the first ever century for the club's 1st XI (and only the 2nd century in the club's history - since the 107* by Stan Matthews for the 2nd XI on 2nd September 1962).

After tea, we used 9 bowlers in our attempt to bowl out EAW but they held out gamely for a draw.
