Match report Belhus 1at XI were asked to chase 128. At close of play they were 71 for 4 after 39.4 overs. Another example of cricket during the 25 years or so after WW2 - an attitude of "if you can't win, don't lose". There was, though, a tendency to 'shut up shop' a little too early.
