Having at one time been 34 for 6, we did well to reach 126 all out as Terry Rampling (25), David Medlock (28) and Gerry Thompson (32) came to the rescue and we posted a modest 126 all out.

After tea, left-arm medium-pacer David Medlock took 5 for 42 but despite bowling 44 overs, we couldn't winkle them out - and they couldn't quite get over the finishing line - so the match finished in a close Draw. A good match.
