Match report Our openers Mick Patrick (55) and Dick Bignell (38) shared a 1st wicket partnership of 75 and paved the way for Pat Pooler-Williams to crack 84 not out and take our total to 193 for 3 declared after 37 overs.

After tea, the Great Burstead opener, Whitehead, stroked 53, but no other batsman could handle the medium-pace of Pat Pooler-Williams who capped a fine day by taking 6 for 39 to enable us to win by 80 runs. This was the first occasion when a Belhus player scored a fifty and took a '5 for' in the same match - a fine effort. Well played Belhus.
