Belhus Cricket Club Sunday 1st XI v STANTON* on Sun 26 Jun 1960 at 11.30am
Belhus Cricket Club Lost by 116 Runs

Match report Stanton 170-9
Belhus 1st XI 54

Belhus bowled 76 overs in this all-day match at Belhus Park as Stanton declared at 170 for 9 - setting a Club record for the number of overs bowled in an innings.

GREG ARENDSE took 2 wickets with his last two deliveries - not knowing that he would take a wicket with his first delivery in his very next match against Elmford on 9th July to record the club's very first hat trick. Well done Greg!

And after toiling in the field for such a long time, our 1st XI were dismissed for a miserable for 54 in 38.3 overs. Not the most enjoyable game of cricket for our players.
