Belhus Cricket Club Under 15 v Rayleigh on Wed 23 May 2012 at 6pm
Belhus Cricket Club Won by 94 Runs
Match report
Belhus will now meet Horndon on the Hill in the second round of the Essex Peters Trophy after their first round success against Rayleigh on Wednesday evening. While their first eleven were finding things tough at Harold Wood, the Belhus youngsters had no such difficulties as opener Ben Kent struck a fine undefeated 51 until being compulsorily retired by the playing regulations. Mathew Lewis gave valuable support with 35. In the Rayleigh reply, Keeley hit 20 as Bradley Stevens took three wickets at a cost of just four runs.
