Upminster won the toss and elected to field, a good opening partnership from Jim Banner 64 and Dale Kenyon 63 got Belhus of to a flying start, but after Dale Kenyon was caught on the line with a superb catch from Reynolds we saw a mini Belhus collapse. But this was soon rescued when Peter Clark came to the crease with a fine 53 not out.

But the man of the match must go to dale Kenyon after his fine batting performance he then opened the bowling and preceded to remove the Upminster batting line up with figures of 6 for 18 off 10 overs and was suitable supported by Paul Whitlock 3 for 16 and the last wicket failing to Lee Hawkes.
