Match report Ongar winning the toss, chose to bat, with the Belhus bowling containing our opponents as Jamie Riley, Owen Jefferies and Rob Joyce all ended with 2 victims each, and Danny Norris contributed with an excellent run out. For Ongar A Patel 35, I Durrani 33, M Alikhail 28 and S Gulzar 23 were the stand out batters as Ongar were restricted to 193-8 in 52 overs.

Scott Bayford was in good form and he contributed a brisk 50 runs, whilst opener Mark Sansom 38 was in good nick, but his resistance ended when he was run out looking for a quick single. Danny Norris 30 was one of 3 L Alikhail victims, as Jamie Riley 19, Tom Thompson 10 and Rob Joyce 10 not out saw us to 194-7 in 36.3 overs for a 3 wicket victory.
