Match report Belhus won the toss and put the visitors in to bat on a damp wicket, in the hope we would get the better of the sun shine later in the day. Some good bowling again from the belhus 3rd eleven, Cliff Cansdale rolling back the years with 5 for 29 off 8 overs, and Alan Maidment 1 for 9 off 8 overs and some good bowling from the rest of the attack.

After bowling them out for 139 I thought we had a good chance of reaching their total. Unfortunatly we lost early wickets with our top 4 batsmen only scoring 17 runs. But an outstanding innings from young Jack Pentali 45, staying at the crease for most of the innings. In the end, we only fell short of the target by 9 runs with Cliff Cansdale scoring 20 off 22 balls including a massive six and Paul Hall with 19 off 36 balls.
