ELIE-MAE BALDWIN PASSES 25 WICKETS

In this HFEL match on 12th July, our 4th XI batted first and racked up a competitive total of 225 for 5 from the allotted 40 overs. Adam Martin and Michael Cansdale top-scored for us with 68 and 66 respectively.

In reply, Walthamstow batted steadily down the order with Tayyib Awan striking a fine half-century (54), and despite Dagnesh Patel and Elie-Mae Baldwin taking 4 and 2 wickets respectively, we couldn't quite prevent Walthamstow reaching the required target (with just 2 balls remaining) to win by 3 wickets. 

This was a close, exciting match that saw Elie-Mae pass 25 wickets for the season.
