MAIDEN HAT TRICK AND '5FOR' FOR MUTHUKUMAR KRISHNASAMY:

In the Sunday 1st XI's opening match of the season against East Ham Corinthians, EHC batted first and posted a competitive total of 170 all out thanks only to opener Arjun who recorded a patient 94.  But it was our Muthukumar Krishnasamy who stole the show in capturing his maiden '5for' (5 for 32) that included his maiden hat trick.

But in the 1st XI's run-chase after tea, our batters failed to support Muthu's superb earlier effort with the ball, and sadly they were dismissed for 134 to lose by 36 runs.
