This was the inaugural match of Belhus Park Cricket Club and was played in Belhus Park.

Major Patrick Pooler-Williams, the club's secretary, top-scored with 45 and was supported by Roddy Rice who stroked 32 in our total of 128 for 9. B. Hatch took a magnificent 7 for 30 from 14.4 overs.

After tea, Len Mitchell and Bob Sykes took 3 wickets apiece and the Belhus Park CC won its very first match by 58 runs.
