Match report In this Lillywhite Frowd League match Vic Davies took 4 for 18 as we dismissed Benfleet for just 109 - including the run out of opener (and future Essex CCC player) Ian Redpath for 'backing up' too far.

In the run-chase, Bill Taylor scored 34 but the rest of our batsmen were pitiful as we crashed to 93 all out to lose by 16 runs. And our player who ran out Ian Redpath (Robert Clarke) was himself run out for 0!
