Match report Played at Belhus Park, this Smallcombe Sports league match was reduced to 40 overs. John Forrest took 3 for 33 to help us restrict the 10-man HA side to 126 for 7 - an easy-to-chase-down target for our strong batting line up. But, alas, we failed miserably. We were well placed at 117 for 6 - requiring just 9 runs to win with 4 wickets in hand - and then the HA secret weapon Emmanuel was brought into the attack and proceeded to take 4 wickets for 0 runs from just 3 overs.

We were bowled out for 124 and lost by 2 runs. Dear oh dear Belhus, how could you have. . .
