Match report We restricted Hornchurch Athletic to 181 from their 45 overs with John Forrest the pick of our bowlers with 2 for 20 from 12 economical overs.

Our openers Richard Day (31) and Paul Wiltshire (41) put on 46 for the first wicket but that was as far as we got with our attempt at the run-chase. The rest of our batsmen might just have well stayed at home as we were bowled out for 136 to lose by 45 runs. Another disappointing showing by our 1st XI that, on paper, was quite a strong side.
