Another fine Saturday afternoon for playing cricket, but alas we were on the end of another defeat,this time we put up more of a performance, batting first after winning the toss for the third week in a row we started extremely well with S.Morris 89 and R.Dopson 34 giving us a great start. But with only three of the next eight batsmen reaching double figures we collapsed again, we did manage to get over the two hundred mark so maximum batting points.We finished on 213 for 10 in reply Billericay got 216 for 5 good spells of bowling from P.Hall 1 for 21 off 12 and Mike Squires 3 for 49 off 9 so some bowling points as well.Overall pleased with the points against a very good side who played the game in the correct spirit and manner.
