Match report A good opening start made by Clarke and B.Ruck set the foundations for a good Belhus innings. After the 2 wickets of Clarke (12) and Prendagast (0), a solid 93 run partnership between B.Ruck (30) and G.Wood led Belhus to 112 before G.Wood (47) before to a direct hit run out 3 runs short of a what would have been a well played half century. Knocks from P.Whitlock (14) and J.M Hussey (13) raised the score to a respectable 151-7. In the field, Belhus were sharp with young Max Scott picking up the early wicket, with P.Whitlock picking up 2 wickets soon after, one of which a superb, diving, low catch by Clarke, the first of 3 superb catches in the field, also by T.Ali and a high skyward effort from P.Whitlock. A good fielding display and along with the visitors batting to see out the draw saw Hackney finish on 124-7...a well earned draw!
