Match report The Belhus 5th string continued their winning run this time at league leaders Hainault and Clayhall and maintained their unbeaten league record. Winning the toss and electing to bat the homeside batted aggressively. However once the two openers had been removed, the runs dried up and from 85 for 3 the innings slowed and following 5-22 from Belhus skipper Barry Ruck the innings closed at 153 all out.

In response Both belhus openers went quickly and at 6 for 2 the target was a long way off. Enter Greg Mendham 66 not out and John Wilson 62 and a third wicket partnership of 119. The visitors now raced to the target off just 27 overs
