Belhus were overwhelmed on their North Stifford ground on Saturday as Hittish achieved a hat-trick from the last three balls of his seven-over spell which produced 3-11. He then followed up with 32 not out to ensure a five-wicket win. Yet it all started so well for the home side, as opener Stuart Morris hit 70 and partner Jim Robertson fell just three runs short of the half-century mark when he was adjudged leg-before. This triggered a remarkable slide as Danny Norris and Connor Elliot were castled first ball as part of the Hittish hat-trick, with five batsmen in total failing to score. Joining Norris and Elliot with a round figure were Ryan Wells, Ben Kent and Darren Wells. In all, beyond the opening pair, the remaining nine batsmen yielded just 12 runs between them.
