Belhus Cricket Club Lost By 90 runs

Match report It had to happen, the 5th XI suffered their first ever defeat away to a strong Sidcup side. Batting first the homeside reached 165 for 8 of their 40 0vers. Due in no small part to 53 from openner Stryzckk. Mention to Mark Thomas 8 overs 1 for 8 Under 11 player Mathew Lewis 2 for 25 and Under 13 Mason Ruck who took his first senior wicket, not forgetting Ryan Prendergast 2 for 3 in the final over. The final total being a fine effort from the Belhus attack on a small fast outfield.
The Sidcup bowlers however proved far too strong for the visiting batsman, Openner Cutting with initial figures of 4 overs 3 for 0 reducing the Belhus reply to 9 for 5. Barry Ruck 39 and Bradley Arthur 15 restored some respectabilty to the score, however the final 4 batsman were removed for a single run, with Ors taking 4 for 21, leaving the visitors reply well short at 75 all out.
